For heating rooms in detached houses or corner houses built after 2000, the following power guidelines can be assumed when using infrared panels as main heating:
- 40 Watts per cubic meter (m³) for living rooms/offices
- 50 Watts per cubic meter (m³) for bathrooms
- 30 Watts per cubic meter (m³) for bedrooms

The IM high power infrared panels have an increased working temperature of 110 - 130℃, making them only suitable for mounting on the ceiling or on a sloping wall.
The installation process is extremely simple thanks to the screw holes in the panel frame.
Place the panel on the ceiling, mark the drill holes and attach the panel to the ceiling using the supplied 13 mm spacers, leaving room for the connecting cable at the rear.
The front of the panel will be approximately 35mm from the ceiling (22mm from the panel plus 13mm from the spacers).
For the IM infrared panel of 60 x 120 cm, it is recommended that installation be carried out by two people, due to the simultaneous holding and mounting of the panel.
When installing on a sloping wall, care must be taken to ensure that the panel is not mounted at touch height.
This panel has an IP rating of IP54, making it water resistant and can be used in the bathroom in zone 3, for example.
